OUR HISTORY
Our tax preparation business began in 1996, when our first franchise office opened in Slidell, Louisiana. More offices quickly followed, moving us into Mississippi and across to the south shore of Lake Pontchartrain. We now have offices conveniently located in Slidell, Covington, LaPlace, Harahan, Westwego and Boutte, Louisiana and in Bay St. Louis, Waveland and Picayune, Mississippi.

OUR PROCESS
During your comprehensive tax interview, our trained tax preparers will work hard to get you the biggest refund you qualify for. Additionally, we offer FREE electronic filing with paid tax preparation to all customers. Electronic filing provides you with numerous refund and loan options and additional services, including a Refund Anticipation Loan, the ability to deposit your refund onto a Cash Card or to have your refund electronically deposited into the bank account of your choice. Depending on how you choose to receive your refund, our software communicates with our funding banks for advance approval while you are still in our office. Your return is analyzed as it is transmitted to our Corporate Headquarters where it is error-checked again. Then, your return is electronically filed with the IRS and the appropriate state Department of Revenue, if applicable. We receive acknowledgements from these tax authorities, so that we can be assured of providing your refund in the time frame that you have chosen.
